The officer-in-Charge, Bhagwanpur Police Station shall consider the representation of the petitioner with regard to the alleged allegation of blockage of drain. The matter has been diarised vide G.D. No.1375 dated May 30, 2022.

Upon perusal of the said representation, adequate steps shall be taken, in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from the date of communication of this order.

As no affidavit in opposition has been filed, the allegations against the respondent nos. 4 to 6 are deemed to be denied.

This writ petition is disposed of.

There will be, however, no order as to costs. All parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
