The instant criminal revisional application is pending since 2011 and as such, is required to be disposed of. Being aggrieved by the proceeding under Section 498(A)/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act being Liluha Police Station Case No. 274 of 2009 and order against Misc. Case No. 183 of 2009 under Section 12/18/19/20 and 23 of the Protection Women against Domestic Violence Act, 2005 in the 2nd Court of Judicial Magistrate, Howrah. The instant revisional application indicated four complaints under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, the proceeding under Section 125 of the Cr. P.C. and 498(A)/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code to be filed against the petitioner. The petitioner stated that the allegations against him are false and concocted.
Perused the petition and the impugned order, with efflux of time, the impugned order must have lost its effectivity. Accordingly, the instant revisional application has become infructuous and disposed of.
Copy of the order be sent to the Department as well as trial court for due compliance.
