The petitioner was an organiser teacher in a school. Subsequently his appointment was approved by the concerned department with effect from 1st May, 2000. He has retired from service in the year 2010. He has not got pension for a shortfall of 30 days from the qualifying service for pension. In this regard the petitioner moved one writ application in the year 2012, being WP 11062(W) of 2012 which was disposed of by an order passed by this Hon'ble Court on 6th July, 2012. The petitioner submits that this order, which contains a direction to consider the petitioner's grievance by the Director of School Education, was sent to the Director of School Education but no step has been taken till date. However, I am told that presently such matters are looked after by the Commissioner of School Education.

I direct the petitioner to serve a copy of this writ application upon the Commissioner of School Education so that in place of the Director of School Education he can consider the petitioner's grievance as highlighted in his representation appearing at page no. 43 of the earlier writ application.

The petitioner is directed to serve the earlier representation which was at page no. 43 of the writ application with an attestation by notary that the said page is true copy of the representation which was at page no. 43 in WP 11062(W) of 2012.

Such representation is to be decided by the Commissioner of School Education within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of such representation along with a copy of this writ application, and the decision thereon is to be communicated to the petitioner by two weeks thereafter.

With the above direction this writ application is disposed of.
