Earlier the judgement of the Hon'ble Division Bench presided over by the Hon'ble Chief Justice, setting aside the orders of the co-ordinate Bench was brought to the notice of this Court. Having regard to the conduct of the petitioner who is not participating in the proceedings, I am of the opinion that further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted.

Accordingly, the writ petition being WPA 16275 of 2024 is dismissed for default.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
