The reliefs sought for in the prayer of the application is expeditious disposal of G.R. Case No. 556 of 2016 arising out of Bidhannagar Police Case No. 139 dated 30.6.2016 pending before the learned Special Court, 3rd Court Barasat at North 24 Parganas, being Special Case No. 10004 of 201.

Upon considering the facts of the case, this court is of the view no fruitful purpose would be served by keeping the application pending and directing service of notice to the opposite party. This revisional application is disposed of with request to the learned Judge, Special Court at Barasat, North 24 Parganas to conclude the trial of Case No. 1004 of 2017 expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months from the next date fixed.
