The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher at Nilbari Primary School, a school under the D.P.S.C., Bankura, the respondent no.4 herein.

The petitioner is praying general transfer on the ground that she is a surplus teacher of her school. The representation of the petitioner to the said effect is pending consideration before the Chairman of the said council, the respondent no.4 herein, the said representation dated 03.04.2025 forms part of the writ petition, being Annexure 'P-2'.

The respondent no.4 is directed to consider and dispose of the said representation within twelve weeks

from date in accordance with law.

With the above observations and directions this writ petition being WPA 15276 of 2025 stands disposed of.

However, there shall be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit has been invited, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have been denied by the respondents.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
