Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submit that all the other co-accused were granted anticipatory bail by the jurisdictional Court. Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the contents of the case diary. Considering the contents of the case diary and considering the gravity of the offences and the involvement of the petitioners therein, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

CRM 6625 of 2021 is, accordingly, dismissed.
