Petitioner has filed this writ petition being aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondent No.1/the Chief Information Officer concerned in sitting over his application under Section 6 of the Right to Information Act, 2005 filed on 28th April, 2023 being Annexure P-1 to the supplementary affidavit.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case the respondent No.1/ the Chief Information Officer concerned is directed to dispose of the aforesaid application dated 28th April, 2023, within two weeks from the date of communication of this order and to communicate his decision/order on the aforesaid application to be taken by him, if it has not

already been disposed of and the order has not been communicated to the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition being WPA 15300 of 2023 is disposed of. ( Md. Nizamuddin, J. )
