Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner complains that in spite of informing the police authorities no action has been taken by the Inspector-in-Charge, Mohanpur Police Station. State has submitted a report which reflects that the police authorities had been to the paternal house of the petitioner but there was no cooperation and the parents did not intend to respond to the issues raised by the police authorities. Be that as it may, since learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready

and willing to co-operate with the police agency, I direct that, in case the petitioner approaches the police authorities, police authorities would assess, conduct an enquiry and thereafter take a decision as to whether there has been any infringement of law and accordingly take steps in accordance with law. Learned advocates for the respondent nos. 9 & 10, respondent no. 8 and respondent no. 12 are present. In view of the nature of directions passed, if required, the concerned respondents would cooperate with the enquiry being conducted by the police authorities.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 16291 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
