Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for 480 days. She submits that co-accused was granted bail.

Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the order of rejection of bail passed previously dated August 10, 2021. She submits that there is hardly any material change in circumstances subsequent to the order dated August 10, 2021.

It is true that there is hardly any change in circumstances subsequent to order dated August 10, 2021 when the earlier prayer for bail was rejected. According to the petitioner, the charges are yet to be framed.

The ongoing pandemic affected the functioning of the Courts along with other walks of life. Taking into consideration the ongoing pandemic, we will request the Court to frame the charges as expeditiously as possible. There hardly being any change in circumstances subsequent to the order dated August 10, 2021, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

CRM 6626 of 2021 is dismissed.
