Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that his truck/vehicle being WB 9L 4449 has been detained at K.C. Paul Service Station at Budge Budge. Police Authorities have submitted a report which reflects that against Mafijul Rahman Sekh, Budge Budge PS Case No. 166/25 dated 10.06.2025 was registered for investigation in respect of issues relating to tender and documents which have been submitted. The said investigation is still in progress. In case the vehicle has got no association with the investigation of the case, petitioner will advance an appropriate application before the learned Magistrate in seisin of Budge Budge PS Case No. 166/25 dated 10.06.2025 under the statutory provisions. Learned Magistrate

would call for a report and thereafter pass necessary directions as he deems fit and proper.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 15282 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report submitted be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
