Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner draws the attention of the Court and submits that in spite of the ghastly incident, effective steps were not taken and the accused persons remain untraced. On the other hand, learned advocate for the State has submitted a report and has drawn the attention of the Court that the principal accused who is involved in the case appeared before the Court. Thereafter he was taken into custody and till date the accused is in custody. Having regard to the report which has been submitted in connection with Shyampur PS Case No. 99/2024, I am of the view that the primary grievance of the petitioner has been addressed. So

far as the other issues are concerned, petitioner would approach the jurisdictional court.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 15286 of 2025 is disposed of.

The Photostat copy of the order dated 22.07.2025 submitted by the State be kept with the record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
