In view of the fact that the petitioner stands on the same footing as Anchar Ali Sk @ Anchhar Ali Sk. and his prayer for anticipatory bail was rejected on 10th January, 2024 in CRM(A) 4938 of 2023 and there has been no change in circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the present petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. 3.

CRM (A) 2161 of 2024 is, thus, dismissed.
