The case number has been wrongly mentioned as WPA 15677 of 2023. The same ought to be read as WPA 15677 of 2022.

The order dated 10th January, 2024 is corrected accordingly. The remaining part of the said order will remain unaltered.

The department is directed to carry out the necessary correction at once.
