Their names be expunged from the cause title of the application.

Since the innocuous prayer of the petitioner is for expeditious disposal of the Complaint Case No. 326 of 2019 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Howrah the matter may be disposed of without service of notice upon the opposite parties. The opposite parties shall not be prejudiced by an order of expeditious disposal of the matter. This Court is informed that the case is at an initial stage before the learned Trial Court and September 18, 2024 has been fixed for hearing in respect of the police report submitted as per direction of the learned Trial Court.

Since the matter is pending since 2019, the learned Trial Court is directed to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either party, in accordance with law.

CRR No. 2543 of 2024 is disposed of accordingly.
