Mr. Gupta, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has complied with the conditions of anticipatory bail. He has surrendered before the learned court below and obtained regular bail. Upon completion of the investigation charge sheet has also been submitted.

Mr. Sur, learned advocate enters appearance on behalf of the State.

Having heard the learned advocates and considering the materials on record, the condition as incorporated in the order dated 29th October, 2019 passed in CRM No.6818 of 2019 with CRAN No.4000 of 2019 to the effect that the petitioner shall 'meet with the investigating officer once in a month', is waived. However, the petitioner shall attend the learned court below on all the dates, as fixed for hearing. The application being CRAN No.2 of 2021 is, accordingly, disposed of.
