The writ application has been preferred challenging the orders dated 24.5.2023, 10.5.2024, 22.11.2024 and two orders both dated 3.1.2025 passed by the respondent no.

2, Joint Director(Revenue), ESI Corporation on the ground that their prayer for review dated 28.3.2025 is still pending .

The learned counsel for the Employees State Insurance authority submits that the application dated 28.3.2025 is not in accordance with law and is thus not a matter for review.

On hearing the parties and on considering the materials on record , the

writ application is disposed of with the direction that the respondent no. 2 shall dispose of the prayer for review and recall of orders dated 24.5.2023, 10.5.2024, 22.11.2024 and two order both dated 3.1.2025 passed by the Joint Director(Revenue), ESI Corporation made by the petitioner vide letter dated 28.3.2025 within 15 days from the date of communication of this order by passing a reasoned order in accordance with law.

Writ application stands disposed of.

Applications, if any, stand vacated.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
