It is submitted by the learned Advocate-on-record that the he does not wish to proceed with the case as he has been informed that the petitioner has expired and prays for withdrawal of the case.

Accordingly, considering the prayer of the petitioner, the revisional application is disposed of as withdrawn. All connected application, if any, stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance.
