1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

2. Petitioner's proposal for onetime settlement was allowed by the bank vide communication dated 31st December, 2024 and time was allowed to the petitioner till 30th June, 2025 to deposit the settled amount.

3. The petitioner failed to deposit the amount within the stipulated time period due to which the onetime settlement proposal stood cancelled.

4. The petitioner seeks further direction upon the bank to reconsider the onetime settlement proposal submitted by in the month of July, 2025.

5. Repeated prayer by the petitioner for restructuring the loan amount cannot be allowed by the Court. Once the proposal for settlement was accepted by the bank, the petitioner ought to have acted in accordance with the

same. The petitioner failed to act in accordance with the accepted proposal.

6. Accordingly, no relief can be granted to the petitioner. The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
