....For the Respondent Nos. 5 to 7 By a letter dated February 20, 2023 addressed to the petitioner, the relevant school authority had revoked the Letter of Termination of the petitioner's employment dated June 30, 2012.

A photocopy of the said letter dated February 20, 2023 is taken on record.

The dues had already been paid to the petitioner and the petitioner had accepted the same.

In view of the above, the petitioner seeks to withdraw this writ petition unconditionally.

Thus this writ petition, WPA 14346 of 2013 stands withdrawn by the writ petitioner unconditionally and, accordingly, the same stands disposed of.

In the last order dated February 17, 2023 the name of Mr. Tapash Gan Chowdhury was wrongly recorded as "Tapan Gan Choudhury". The same should be corrected and clarified as indicated in this order.
