The present revisional application has been preferred against an order dated 22.09.2021 passed in G.R. Case No. 552 of 2018 arising out of Bongaon Police Station Case No. 179/2018 dated 18.03.2018 under Sections 419/420/406/467/468/471/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code presently pending before the Court of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate at Bongaon, North 24 Paraganas. In view of the nature of allegations, I am not inclined to interfere with the impugned proceeding at this stage. It is open to the petitioner to agitate the issues canvassed herein at the appropriate stage of the proceeding in accordance with law, if so advised.

With the aforesaid observation, the revision petition is disposed of.
