It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody for 127 days. Charge-sheet has been submitted.

The petitioner prays for bail on such ground. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioner is the mastermind who hacked the account of the company and created fake accounts in his name where the payment of money by the complainant was insisted upon by the petitioner. Investigation with regard to the three other accounts, where the money was allegedly diverted by the petitioner, is still in progress.

Allegation against the petitioner is serious in nature. The petitioner is a resident of Bihar and claims to be working in Mumbai.

Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage. The prayer for bail is rejected.

The application for bail, being CRM (SB) 86 of 2024, is, thus, disposed of.
