Perused the case diary.

It is alleged that there are case and counter case and in the other case, the accused had surrendered and were granted bail. In the instant case, case diary reveals inflicting of injuries on vital parts of the body of four persons like head.

Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary and the alleged roles ascribed to the present petitioners, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected. However, if the petitioners surrender before the learned trial Court within four weeks from this date and pray for bail, the same shall be considered in accordance with law.
