(AD 4) (S. Banerjee) Mr. Madan Mohan Roy ... for the petitioner It has been submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner that the application raising objection against the maintainability of the miscellaneous case, was filed on January 28, 2021 and not on February 21, 2025.

In the 2nd page of the said order, in the third paragraph it was recorded:

"In view thereof, CO 2438 of 2025 stands disposed of by requesting the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court 1 at Howrah to take up the hearing of the petition dated 21st February, 2025 on the next date fixed i.e., on 23rd July, 2025, if the same is otherwise ready for hearing, and to make an endeavour to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties."

The corrected third paragraph appearing at page no. 2 of the said order should be read as follows:

"In view thereof, CO 2438 of 2025 stands disposed of by requesting the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court 1 at Howrah to take up the hearing of the petition dated January 28, 2021 on the next date fixed i.e., on 23rd July, 2025, if the same is otherwise ready for hearing, and to make an endeavour to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties."

In view thereof, the order dated July 9, 2025 shall be corrected in the manner as indicated hereinbefore. Other portions of the order shall remain unaltered.

Let this order form part of the order dated July 9, 2025.
