In view of the above, this Court is inclined to hold that allowing the proceeding to continue further shall only be a futile exercise.

Complaint Case No.966 of 2022 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bidhannagar, North 24 Parganas be quashed.

The revisional application being CRR 2550 of 2024 is disposed of.

Consequently all connected applications are disposed of.
