The petitioners apprehend that they may be thrown out at the behest of the private respondents from their peaceful possession.

A report has been submitted on

behalf of the State, which reflects that a civil suit being T.S. 127 of 2024 is fixed before the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.), Bongaon.

Several complaints have been lodged at the instance of the petitioners for which a G.D.

Entry has been registered along with a proceeding under Section 107 of the Cr.P.C. being drawn up.

In view of the petitioners and the private respondents being at loggerheads and the petitioners apprehend that they may be thrown out from their peaceful possession, I direct that the police authorities would ensure, whoever is in possession, should not be dispossessed without the due process of law and, to that effect, the police authorities would keep a strict vigil as also ensure that no untoward incident results because of the

inimical relationship existing between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 16306 of 2024 along with CAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
