And In Re : Aktarul Gazi ........ petitioner Mr. Mohammad Khairul ...... for the petitioner Mr. Antarikya Basu Mr. T.D. Nandy ...... for the State FSL report has already been filed.

In view of the aforesaid fact, we are of the opinion there is no hindrance in the progress of the trial of the case. Under such circumstances and bearing in mind the prima facie involvement of the petitioner in dealing in narcotic substances above commercial quantity, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant bail.
