The writ petition contains an application filed before the District Magistrate under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002, which admittedly is an incomplete document.

This fact should have been pointed out to the court by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. This was only brought to the notice of the court on behalf of the private respondent.

It also appears that the application does not fulfill the criteria under the relevant provisions of the SARFAESI Act, 2002.

WPA 15696 of 2022 is accordingly dismissed.

The petitioner shall be at liberty to file a fresh writ petition.
