Petitioners have filed this application under section 482 of the Cr.P.C, 1973 seeking quashing of the proceeding being GR Case no. 1222/2013 arising out of Pandua PS Case no.

301/2013 dated 26.07.2013 under sections 363/365/120B of the IPC pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hooghly.

In spite of filing such application and service of summon, no one represented the petitioners. It indicates that the petitioners are no more interested in the instant case. Accordingly, CRR 2222 of 2016 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
