It appears that inadvertent typographical error had crept in the judgment dated 24.07.2024 at page 29 in paragraph no.

where it has been written "Superintendent of Police, North 24 Parganas". Same is corrected and be read as "Commissioner of Police, Barrackpore, Police Commissionerate";

the word "appointing" is corrected and read as "deputing" and the word "Deputy Superintendent of Police" is also corrected and read as "Assistant Commissioner of Police". 2.

This order be read as conjointly with the judgment dated 24.07.2024 and other portions of the judgment shall remain unaltered.

Department is directed to take necessary steps for corrections.
