It appears from the pleadings that a complaint was also made to the police.

The matter was last taken up for hearing on 23.06.2010 when the Division Bench observed that the petitioner had other effective remedies to raise his grievance. Since 23.06.2010 when the matter was last taken up for hearing by this Court, the petitioner has not taken any initiative to pursue the writ petition. Hence, nothing survives in the present writ petition at this stage.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
