1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

2. The petitioners are participating in the forthcoming Panchayet Election. They apprehend that they may be restrained in respect of five FIRs of Diamond Harbour and Bishnupur Police Station being P. S. Case No 53 of 2019, 95 of 2019, 481 of 2023, 22 of 2023 and 234 of 2023.

3. In view of the aforesaid FIRs, let no coercive measure be taken against the petitioners and their associates by the State Police until 15th July, 2023.

4. The writ petition is disposed of.

5. There will be no order as to costs.

6. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
