1. We are surprised to note that notwithstanding dismissal of the earlier application for anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench no attempt was made by the investigating officer to take steps for proclamation of attachment.

2. Learned counsel for the State is unable to produce any record and to show any document or steps taken in this regard and there has been a complete inaction on the part of the investigating agency in not taking any steps for proclamation of attachment.

3. This application is dismissed with cost of Rs.10,000/- to be deposited with the State Legal Services Authority within a week from date.

4. No further application shall be entertained in this regard without a proof of payment being shown in all subsequent proceedings.

5. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
