It appears that the matter is related to W.P.A. 18269 of 2018. The order passed in W.P.A. 18269 of 2018 shall also be applicable in the present writ petition.

The District Inspector of Schools (Secondary Education), Bankura is directed to take prompt necessary steps for election of the Managing Committee of the School, strictly in accordance with law, at the earliest, but positively within a period of six months from the date of communication of this order.

Till the time a Managing Committee is duly elected, the District Inspector of Schools (Secondary Education), Bankura shall appoint an administrator

to manage the day to day affairs of the school and to ensure that the studies of the students of the school is not hampered in any manner whatsoever. The District Inspector of Schools shall keep strict vigil over the activities of the school.

The District Inspector of Schools is also directed to take appropriate steps in accordance with law, against any and all persons responsible for any illegal activities and malpractice committed in the School.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photo copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
