Upon perusing the explanations given in paragraph 7, the Court is satisfied that the petitioner was prevented by sufficient cause from attending the Court when the matter was dismissed for default.

Accordingly, CAN 1 of 2022 is allowed and disposed of. The order dated September 15, 2022 is recalled. The writ petition is restored to its original file and number.
