The petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondent no.13 in taking step to float fresh tender for selection of person to run the canteen services of the hospital.

Learned senior advocate appearing on behalf of the State respondents submits, upon instructions that, a draft e-tender has already been prepared and forwarded to the competent authority and the tender notice is in the process of being finalized. The tender will be floated possibly within the next six weeks. 4.

The respondent authority is directed to take steps for floating the e-tender for selection of person to run the canteen services of the hospital without any further delay.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
