1. We have heard the learned advocate appearing for the appellants/bank and the respondent no. 1 appearing in person.

2. The respondent no. 1 appears to have not been conversant with the English language and seeks to make his submissions in Bengali, which one of us (T.S.S.CJ.) does not understand.
