1. At the time of call accommodation is prayed for on behalf of the petitioners.

2. However, respondent nos. 5 to 10 are represented by learned advocate.

3. On perusal of record it appears that first matter was taken up by a coordinate bench on 28th July, 2025 when no one appeared for the petitioners and matter was adjourned. Subsequently, matter was taken up for consideration by this Court on 12th March, 2026 when learned advocate for the petitioners was directed to serve notice upon the respondents.

Hearing of this matter was adjourned.

4. Matter is taken up for consideration today when prayer for adjournment is made.

5. It appears petitioners have lost interest.

6. Writ petition stands dismissed.
