Petitioner alleges of being threatened at the behest of the private respondents and in spite of informing the police station no steps being taken. Records reflect that such information was furnished on 06.02.2024. In case the petitioner is faced with similar inconvenience petitioner will freshly file a representation to the Inspector-in-Charge, Baruipur Police Station who would assess the genuinity of the allegations and thereafter take steps in accordance with law.

As none appears on behalf of the State, Ms.

Mohuya Dutta Biswas, learned advocate who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State is directed to represent the State. Her appearance may be regularized by the concerned authorities.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 16310 of 2024 is disposed of.
