The Officer-in-Charge, Watgunge Women Police Station will depute an officer of his choice for submitting a report before this court in respect of day-to-day proceedings before the learned C.J.M, Alipore in connection with Watgunge Women Police Station case no 4 of 2022(the years would include from inception till date all years which have been passed) Mr. Ghosh, learned advocate would inform the Officer-in-Charge, Watgunge Women Police Station to take immediate steps in this regard and submit a report as directed above on 26th February, 2024 when the application for cancellation for bail will appear under the same heading.
