The learned Advocate for the petitioner is requested to file fresh Vokalatnama which has already been executed by the petitioner in the department.

It is submitted by Mr. Manjit Singh, learned Advocate for the petitioner that the petitioner does not want to proceed with the instant revision and the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to file a fresh revision on the self-same cause of action.

Prayer is considered and allowed.

The instant revision is disposed of being not pressed with liberty to file a fresh revision, if any, on the self-same cause of action. The certified copies of the impugned orders be handed over to the learned Advocate on record on replacing of the said certified copies by photostat copies of the same.
