Ms. Biswas, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the C.E.S.C. submits that the petitioner nos.2-5 had paid the entire assessed amount and pursuant to the earlier order passed by this Court, the petitioner no.1 has also deposited the unpaid amount. Having heard the learned advocates and since the assessed amount had already been paid by all the petitioners, we are of the opinion that custodial interrogation is not necessary. As such, prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, in the event of arrest the petitioners, namely, Prem Kumar Shaw, Narayan Benbansi, Dilip Benbanshi, Goutam Gupta and Rajesh Rajak shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the Arresting

Officer and subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. The application for anticipatory bail, being CRM No. 6642 of 2021 is, thus, allowed.
