Considering the fact that the victim is yet to be recovered and there is a prima facie evidence that the petitioner was in conversation with the other co-accused, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 2.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the same is accordingly disposed of.
