Since the innocuous prayer of the petitioner is for expeditious disposal of G.R. case no. 3598 of 2021 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Barasat, North 24 Parganas, the matter may be taken up for consideration without service of notice upon the opposite party. It appears that the case record was received by the learned trial Court for disposal on 21st May, 2022 and 6th June, 2024 was fixed for consideration of charge.

Upon consideration of the submission made on behalf of the petitioner as well as the material on record, the revisional application, being CRR 2554 of 2024 is disposed of directing the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Barasat, North 24 Parganas to dispose of the G.R. case no. 3598 of 2021 pending before him as expeditiously as possible without granting unnecessary adjournment to either party, in accordance with law.
