The State and the private respondent are represented by their respective learned advocates.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that since the writ petition was disposed of by the coordinate Bench, the petitioner may be directed to serve a copy of the writ petition upon him. Learned advocate-on-record of the petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this writ petition upon Mr. Sarkar, learned advocate for the State, by tomorrow (i.e., November 20, 2025).
