The learned advocate represent the respondents/insurance company submitted that the copy of the charge-sheet and seizure list had not been filed before the learned Trial Court and accordingly the same had not been found in the TCR.

The learned Registrar Administration (L & OM) is to direct the Officer-in-Charge of Ranaghat Police Station, District - Nadia to place a copy of the charge-sheet and the seizure list in connection with FIR No. 140 dated 22.03.2007 under Sections 279/338/304A of IPC and file a compliance report to that effect on the next date. A responsible officer deputed by the Officer-in-Charge of the Ranaghat Police Station as aforesaid is to appear before the Court along with the Case Diary pertaining to the aforementioned case.

Let the matter be fixed on 16th July, 2025.

Copy of the order be sent to the Department and the office of the learned Registrar Administration (L &OM) for due compliance.
