Accordingly, the petitioner is granted leave to add the company as a party respondent in the present case being respondent no. 3.

The petitioner is also granted leave to note the same in the cause title of the writ petition and take necessary steps for service upon the added respondent and file affidavit of service on the next date of hearing.
