The revisional application has been preferred praying for quashing of the order dated 03.04.2025 passed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, 1st Court (Special Judge) at Tamluk, Purba Medinipur, issuing warrant of arrest against the petitioner in connection with Moyna P.S. Case No. 262/2018 dated 09.10.2018 under Section 135(1)(a) of the Electricity Act 2003 read with Amendment Act 2007 giving rise to S.C.(E) 51(10)2018 corresponding to Reg. No. 913/2018. 2.

It appears that the offence in the present case relates to the Electricity Act. The petitioner could not place before the Court any documents to show that he has paid any interim amount before the trial Court.

The revisional application is accordingly disposed of with the direction that the order dated 03.04.2025 be stayed for a period of 30 days from the date of this order with a direction upon the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court and pray for regular bail. It is further directed that the learned trial Judge shall direct payment as required under the law, while granting bail 4.

CRR 2957 of 2025 stands disposed of.
