Perused the case diary.

It is prosecution case that the petitioner and others masquerading as government officials and took money from the victim/de facto complainant for getting them some license. A total sum of Rupees Twenty Nine Lakhs was taken. Investigation is going on.

Considering the incriminating materials including the WhatsApp chat and other statements available in the case diary, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The application for anticipatory bail being C.R.M. (A) 2468 of 2025 is, thus, rejected.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
