We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier on a number of occasions by this court. Materials on record show that he was involved in kidnapping the victim for ransom.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
